The 2026 Annual Toft Newton Parish Meeting
This is your opportunity to raise issues that affect you within your parish.
This year’s Annual Parish Meeting will take place on:
Tuesday, the 3rd of March 2026, starting at 6:00pm and will be held at Toft Newton Village Hall, Washington Drive, Newtoft, Lincolnshire, LN8 3NN.
Agenda:
- Introduction of any Councillors and Officers present.
- Election of a Chair for this meeting only (if applicable).
- Discuss the minutes of the previous Annual Parish Meeting – Tuesday, 11th March 2025.
- Open forum – residents discussion.
- Confirm the date and time of the next Annual Parish Meeting – Tuesday, the 2nd of March 2027 at 6pm.
Anyone can attend the Annual Parish Meeting, however, to be eligible to speak you must be a registered elector in the parish of Toft Newton.

Upon the close of the Annual Parish Meeting, Toft Newton Parish Council will meet for their March 2026 meeting, residents are encouraged to stay and observe this meeting.

There are also paper forms that you can fill in pinned to the notice board in the entrance of the Village Hall.
