The Health and Safety Executive has published details of the new hearing dates.
The Health and Safety Executive have today published a revised notice of the appeal hearing.
Faldingworth Defence Limited have requested the appeal hearing against the HSE's variation of their explosives licence.
The hearing will take place in London on the 17th, 18th, 19th, 20th and 21st of August 2026. Anyone wishing to submit information to be considered, or to attend the hearing should follow the instructions contained within the new notice, and should contact the HSE before the 7th of August 2026.
