At 1:01am on Saturday, the 11th of July 2026, a hosepipe ban comes into force across the whole of the Anglian Water supply region.

Residents of the parish of Toft Newton will be subject to a Temporary Use Ban , otherwise known as a hosepipe ban, from Saturday, this is due the several hot, dry months.

This is Anglian Water's first hosepipe ban since 2012, it will apply to all residents, unless you are excepted from the ban, you are automatically excepted from the ban if you are a priority services register customer, a limited number of other exceptions apply, full details about these exceptions can be found here.
