The Central Lincolnshire Plan is about to be updated.
The parish of Toft Newton is covered by the Central Lincolnshire Plan for planning purposes, this ensures that there is a uniformed approach to how planning applications are determined across the city of Lincoln, and the districts of North Kesteven and West Lindsey. The most recent plan was approved in 2023, however, changes to national planning policy, has required that all local plans be updated.
Central Lincolnshire are currently consulting on the Validation Lists - that is the type of information that has to be provided with a planning application, these lists vary depending on the type of planning application being submitted.
