Toft Newton Parish Council are looking to build a directory of all parish based organisations, that includes small, independent, family-run or larger businesses and all community organisations in Toft-by-Newton, Newton-by-Toft, Newtoft, or anywhere else in the parish.

In April 2027, the Government will be publishing new guidance on how Parish Councils can lead the process of developing a Neighbourhood Plan, and how such a plan will fit into the revised Local Plans and planning systems, the National Planning Policy Framework and the new Greater Lincolnshire Strategic Planning Authority.
Once this guidance is published, Toft Newton Parish Council will explore developing a Neighbourhood Plan that will give residents a greater say about what happens in their neighbourhood, and will promote all aspects of the parish within the wider West Lindsey and Greater Lincolnshire areas.
We will be inviting all parish organisations that we are aware of and residents to have their say in the Neighbourhood Plan.
